At the end of September, October, and November we are giving a $100 billing credit to an account holder using AutoPay.

At the end of September, October, and November we are giving a $100 billing credit to an account holder using AutoPay.

  • One winner will be chosen at the end of each month,  and must be in good standing with the City.
  • Must be a residential utility customer.
  • Must be signed up and actively using AutoPay for utility billing account.
  • Must continue to use AutoPay for 6 months.
  • Both new accounts enrolled in autopay and existing accounts using autopay will both be eligible to be chosen. 
  • Account holder will be notified at the end of the month if chosen.

Residents can view their utility payment amounts, see a history of transactions, and enroll in AutoPay online using a credit/debit card or bank account. Pay with a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer at your convenience, 24/7, with no fees.

  • Auto Pay / Scheduled Payments - Citizens can enroll in automatic payments or schedule future payments
  • Bill reminders - Sign up to receive e-mail reminders when a bill is due, late, or you’ve paid successfully
  • Pay-by-Phone (IVR) - IVR is a fully automated service where citizens can call a toll-free number and make a utility payment. Call 866-283-3293 today to make your payment over the phone, all you need is your account number.  Through Pay By Phone you can also sign up for text reminders, and to pay future bills by text. 
  • Access multiple accounts - Register for access to one or multiple utility accounts.

The payment portal is easy-to-use and can be accessed directly from the City’s homepage. When citizens pay online, the City has to process fewer printed checks, saving valuable time for employees and freeing them up to focus on other priority tasks.

The City partnered with Tyler Technologies, one of the most secure, affordable online payment providers available. Tyler process online payments for nearly 2,000 municipalities.
